got this for daughter for Birthday while it was thankfully onsale back around christmas. Hubby ordered it and perhaps there were no reviews at the time but OMG is this awful! All the 1 star reviews are right on - the pieces dont stick together and don't seem to fit right. it took me and another grown adult in her 30's over an hour to try and get this together. With a sneeze it all came apart.
Will Amazon take it back from a December purchase?? Is it worth it? It's just gonna sit in a box cuz I won't spend hours on it again.... |

Go to "My Account" at Amazon and it will say something about "returns/refunds"...and then give the reason...defective? they will give you a prepaid reason if item is defective or not as described....not sure about time though off the top of my head. If it does not allow you to print, EMAIL them and ask.
The only other idea would be to glue it and use with figures??
Is this the item you said I recommended?? If so, I don't recall recommending it. I recall posting it...but usually if I recommend something, I will say that we own it..blah blah...then again, maybe this is the set that Michael's friend had?? I have no idea.

Yeah..sorry...I will post a deal for the price or sometimes I will post for the item. I usually post if I have had good or bad luck with the item. If I don't like the item from personal experience, I will rarely post it. Sometimes I try and look at it that if I paid $30 and hated it, would I love it for $5?? And then, and only then, will I post and give my opinion that I hated it at full price.

aww, and that does look cute! If I would have seen a deal on it, I would have bought it too. Sorry you're disappointed but thanks for the heads up.
I would give Amazon a call, you just never know. Especially since it has such "junk" reviews. |
